0. Service provider

1. Nature of the service

Raymond is an information service that publishes the public results of the Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto draws. We do not run any gambling activity and we do not sell tickets.

2. Limited licence

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping or commercial republication of the data is prohibited without our written consent.

3. Limitation of liability

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that results are free of errors. Official results are published by the relevant operators. Raymond is not liable for any damages arising from differences between the data on this site and the official sources.

4. User account

Creating an account is free of charge. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify business@srenkmedia.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Premium subscription

Premium is a paid digital service that is activated on your account after a successful payment. Prices (VAT included): €4.90/month on a recurring monthly basis, €39/year on a recurring annual basis, and €129 as a one-off payment without renewal. The applicable price is confirmed at the checkout page before payment is finalised.

Billing and renewal. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the same period until you cancel. Charges are taken from the payment method you provided at checkout through our payment processor (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We do not store full card details on our servers — they are handled by the payment processor under PCI DSS.

Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing business@srenkmedia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium features remain available until that date. We do not refund amounts already charged for the current period.

Right of withdrawal (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6). Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Premium is digital content supplied electronically and made available immediately, we ask for your explicit consent at checkout to begin performance immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (KSL 6:16 §). If you do not give that consent, Premium will not be activated until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Payment failures. If an automatic charge fails, we will retry the charge over the following 14 days. If it still fails after that period, Premium features are disabled, but your account and stored data remain.

Price changes. We may change Premium pricing. Price increases for recurring subscriptions will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you can cancel before the next billing cycle.

6. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email 14 days in advance.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer may bring a dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the district court of their domicile. Other disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
