Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Raymond, draws and your account.

Can I buy lottery tickets on Raymond?
No. Raymond is purely an information service — we do not sell tickets, accept stakes or operate any gambling product. We use public results and curate analytics around them.
Where do the results come from?
Results are collected from the public information published by the official European lottery operators. We verify every row before publishing it, but the official source remains authoritative.
How often are draws held?
Eurojackpot is drawn every Tuesday and Friday at around 21:00 CET. Viking Lotto is drawn on Wednesday evenings at around 21:00 CET.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks faster alerts, mathematical frequency visualisations of past draws (no predictions, no number recommendations), an ad-free interface and CSV exports. Prices include VAT: €4.90/month or €39/year as a recurring subscription, or €129 as a one-off payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details on our servers.
Is the site legal in Finland?
Yes. Raymond does not run any gambling activity, so Finnish gambling legislation does not apply. We still follow responsible gambling guidance.
Do I need an account?
No. Results, the archive and the history are open to everyone. An account is only required to subscribe to Premium and to use personal preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Email business@srenkmedia.com and we will delete your account within 14 days, as required by GDPR.
Does the site promote responsible gambling?
Yes. We partner with national support services and display the 18+ badge and helpline number on every page.
Which currency are jackpots shown in?
All amounts are displayed in euros. Nordic jackpots are converted using the day's official rate.
